Greg Davies
CEO
Prior to founding Presidium, Greg was a founding member of the management team at Blackboard Inc., the industry's leading provider of e-Education software and infrastructure solutions serving the global needs of primary and secondary schools, higher education, corporations and government agencies. While at Blackboard, Mr. Davies was primarily responsible for building out Blackboard's ASP infrastructure and professional services organization. Most recently, Mr. Davies was Vice President of Blackboard Global Services, where he was responsible for all professional services, including training and learning solutions, ASP solutions, technical consulting and enterprise integration solutions.
Mr. Davies previously worked in the higher education practice for KPMG (BearingPoint) and brings extensive e-Learning solutions expertise, project management, and organizational management experience to Presidium. Mr. Davies received his BS from George Mason University.
Andrew Rosen
President & COO
Andrew H. Rosen is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Presidium, Inc. Mr. Rosen focuses on the day to day operational aspects involved with scaling a rapidly growing organization while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. These responsibilities include managing the organization structure, implementing technologies in a manner leading to service accountability and customer satisfaction, working with the client implementation teams, managing internal and external data reporting and all financial and legal aspects of Presidium.
Prior to joining Presidium, Mr. Rosen was one of the early founders of Blackboard Inc., a software company that pioneered the creation of web based eLearning software platforms powering networked learning environments. Prior to leaving Blackboard, Mr. Rosen held the positions of Chief Corporate Officer and President of Blackboard International where he planned and managed Blackboard's international growth throughout more than 50 countries. Prior to running Blackboard International, Mr. Rosen was Blackboard's General Counsel and CFO. Mr. Rosen has 15 years of international, legal and operational experience, and he is a recognized expert in guiding multinational and emerging growth companies in global expansion, operational structuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
James Rianhard
Managing Director
James Rianhard serves as co-founder and Managing Director for Presidium, where he oversees sales, marketing, and business development functions.
Mr. Rianhard brings diverse strategic management experience to Presidium from firms that include Citigroup, Young & Rubicam, and Burson-Marsteller Worldwide. Mr. Rianhard joined Presidium from Blackboard Inc., the industry's leading provider of e-Education software and infrastructure solutions serving the global needs of primary and secondary schools, higher education, corporations, and government agencies. While at Blackboard, he served as Director of Product Marketing. In that capacity, Mr. Rianhard was instrumental in aligning Blackboard's products and services with changing market requirements and successfully positioning the company in complex competitive environments.
Mr. Rianhard has visited more than 150 colleges and universities and brings deep postsecondary industry expertise to the team at Presidium. Mr. Rianhard holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA from Pitzer College.
George Pappas
Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing
George leads Presidium's Sales and Marketing organization, and is responsible for charting the company's growth strategy. In this capacity, he is tasked with helping Presidium meet the explosive demand that educational institutions have shown for innovative ways to improve student engagement and success.
Prior to joining Presidium, George successfully led a variety of organizations across diverse industries including education, communications, enterprise and consumer high-tech, financial services, and the US Government National Security community. As the EVP of Sales and Marketing at Presidium, George leverages each of these experiences to help shape the company's strategy as a pioneer in Education Services Management.
Mr. Pappas served as a Senior Vice President at EduCap, Inc., a non-profit education finance organization where he developed expertise at the intersection of public policy, capital markets, student lending, and financial aid. He acted as EduCap's representative to Congress during the most recent passage of the Higher Education Reauthorization Act.
Anthony Banford
Vice President, Client Development
Anthony Banford serves as Vice President of Client Development for Presidium, where he oversees account management and implementation services for our clients. In addition to account services, staffing and professional development, Anthony has been recognized by Parature as a leading thinker and practitioner in the successful deployment of internal and external knowledge and support management systems.
Anthony brings ten years of expertise from the customer-service industry to Presidium. Anthony's position prior to Presidium was Managing Partner for Avado Brands. His responsibilities included the training of staff management teams, new roll-outs of product implementations and customer service operations for a $21,000,000 account portfolio.
Anthony brings a strong knowledge of support service processes and expertise in staff development designed to establish service and quality excellence for our clients.
Bob Abraham
Vice President, Operations
Bob Abraham is the VP of Operations for Presidium, where he oversees all contact center, telephony, engineering, and software development functions. Over a diverse twenty-year career, Mr. Abraham brings proven execution in increasing operating margins through improved asset utilization, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Prior to joining Presidium, Mr. Abraham was the President and CEO of imForwards, Inc., a leading provider of IM to SMS wireless services. In this role, Mr. Abraham implemented one of the first micro-billing relationships with the Tier 1 wireless carriers. At Ingersoll-Rand, Mr. Abraham was the Asia Pacific Manager of Business Development, where he successfully led the integration and growth of two strategic joint ventures in India and China.
Mr. Abraham holds a B.S.I.E. from The Pennsylvania State University and received his M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he pioneered the Lifetime MBA concept as a Member of Fuqua's Alumni Board.
Michelle Thompson
Vice President, Sales Operations and Marketing
Michelle brings more than 12 years of experience working with higher education to her role as the Vice President of Sales Operations and Marketing for Presidium. As the master of balancing chaos and order, Michelle is responsible for over-seeing the effectiveness and integration of the sales and account management organizations, ensuring that our individual clients and the client community at-large are represented throughout every stage of an ESM engagement.
Prior to joining the Presidium bull-pen, Michelle worked with higher education clients as the Customer Segments Director for LexisNexis where she managed client development strategy and at Blackboard Inc. where she launched strategic initiatives for the K-12 and Higher Education communities.
Michelle is committed to life-long learning and satisfies her chronic travel bug with trips to Iceland, South Africa, and Cambodia-her goal is to see all 7 continents some day (4 down and 3 to go). Michelle earned a Masters in business administration from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.
Leonard Napolitano
Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Leonard Napolitano is responsible for all of Presidiums sales, overseeing direct, indirect and channel partner functions. Leonard, a veteran sales leader has spent over a decade ascending sales and business development leadership roles at leading education companies to include Regent Education, KPMGs Higher Education Practice, and Blackboard.
Leonard is also a 13 year veteran of the US Army, having served in both the enlisted and officer ranks, as a member of notable units such as the 82nd Airborne Division. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Centre College, is pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration at Vanderbilt University's Peabody College, and recently served on the Centre College Board of Alumni.
Adam Krob
Vice President and General Manager, IT ESM
Adam Krob is Vice President of IT for Presidium's Consulting group providing strategic consulting in information and academic technology support. He has worked in the higher education technical support field since 1990 at both Duke and Tulane Universities, working on projects that included email system and learning management system implementations, business continuity planning, and identity management. He has spoken widely about operating effective single-, co-, and multi-sourced IT support organizations and building more robust Business Continuity structures for IT organizations. In these areas, he has had the opportunity to see the value of strategic support environments from both sides, as a customer and as a support provider.
In addition, Dr. Krob is currently researching the intersection of customer support and operations strategy, focusing particularly on trade-offs and incentives that shape strategy in technology.
Chris Etesse
Vice President, Consulting and Technology
As Vice President of Technology and Platform Services, Christopher Etesse manages overall technology strategy as well as information technology, product development and customer-facing deliverables for Presidium. Christopher is a seasoned executive possessing over 13 years of executive experience with top software and Internet companies. Prior to joining Presidium, Christopher served as CEO of Kadoo Inc., an aggregation and integration of popular Web applications, social networks and content management platform for higher education that was sold in 2009.
Christopher also served as Vice President of Government Solutions for Monster, where he was responsible for $9M in annual revenue and the development of three product lines. Prior to working at Monster, Christopher was Vice President of International Services and an early employee with Blackboard Inc., the industry's leading provider of e-Education software and infrastructure solutions serving the global needs of primary and secondary schools, higher education, corporations and government agencies. While at Blackboard, Christopher spent 8 years helping to develop products as well as growing the business. Christopher received his Masters in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in American History from the University of Kentucky.
Michael Padilla
Vice-president of Site Operations
Michael Padilla is Vice President of Site Operations for Presidium. In this role he is charged with managing all of Presidium's contact center operations. Michael specializes in contact center solutions and serves as the company's contact center subject matter expert. He has been engaged in building, managing, and improving contact centers for almost twenty years. He started up Altivus CRM Solutions, a consulting company that built twenty-six contact centers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. He has successfully supported clients in the higher education, telecommunications, banking, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, airlines, and government sectors.
Mr. Padilla is Six Sigma Greenbelt certified and has partnered with over 300 companies to design, develop, and implement both organizational and call quality strategies that dramatically improve the customer experience. He has also helped clients balance the quality and quantity of work produced by service organizations to help increase return on investment, reduce errors, and drive efficiencies.
Michael helped pioneer Albuquerque's 311 Citizen Contact Center and has also been active in civic and government affairs serving on the boards of directors of Youth Development Incorporated, Special Olympics New Mexico, Junior Achievement of New Mexico, the Association of Commerce and Industry, and the New Mexico State Workforce Development Board. Mr. Padilla attended the University of New Mexico, is Six Sigma Greenbelt certified, has earned two Labor Relations certifications, and has successfully lobbied at the city, state, federal and regulatory levels.
